What people ask first.

How we’re paid comes first. We’d rather you heard it from us than worked it out later.

No fee. We don’t charge you for our service. When a deal completes, the lender pays us a commission, which is included in every quote we give you. Ask us the amount on your agreement at any time and we’ll tell you.

On most deals we can give you an early quote the same day, and lenders typically decide within 24 hours. Equipment and loans are often paid out within a week. Invoice finance takes one to three weeks to set up, and a commercial mortgage a few weeks to a couple of months, because of the valuation and legal work.

To start, just what the money is for, roughly how much and a little about the business. For a full application, lenders usually ask for two years of accounts or recent bank statements, and a quote or invoice for anything you’re buying.

Often, yes. A decline usually means the deal went to the wrong lender, not that it can’t be funded. Tell us what happened and we’ll be straight with you about the options.
